This 3 hour workshop will discuss ethical responses to some of the most difficult situations counselors face: how to respond properly to a subpoena; giving testimony and depositions; responsibilities to clients in all these matters; personal impact of these situations and how they can be unpacked. All within the framework of our ethical and legal duties. We all need to make sure that our documentation and our response to requests for our information on clients is safe and proper. This workshop will cover it!
This workshop is free and open to the public.
Mental Health Professionals - 3 CEU credits for the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage and Family Therapist Board are available for a fee of $15.
