Ryan is the Director of New Creation Counseling Center.  He is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with a Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wright State University.  Before coming to New Creation Counseling he was a staff member at Miami Valley Hospital's Psychiatric Outpatient Services. He has been with New Creation Counseling since May of 2015.

Paula is a Licensed Independent Social Worker with a Master of Social Work degree from The Ohio State University.  She worked 6 years in child welfare before becoming an educator at Wright State University for 5 years. She has been with New Creation Counseling Center since 2017. Paula specializes in trauma, depression and anxiety.  She completed training to become a certified Developmental and Relational Trauma Therapist.  Paula is an active member of Medway United Methodist Church in Medway and is a member of the National Association of Social Workers.        

Dr. Hash is a Diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (CAP) and Adult Psychiatry. He completed his CAP Fellowship at the University of Kentucky and his adult residency training at Henry Ford Health System. He has several years of experience in both inpatient and outpatient psychiatric care including pioneering a significant telemedicine effort in northwest Ohio. Dr. Hash completed medical school at the University of Pikeville in Kentucky and obtained a PhD in Industrial Engineering from the University of Central Florida. Dr. Hash is currently only seeing clients age 17 and younger.
